1. Our Philosophy on Scheduling

Therapy is built on mutual respect and consistency. When you book a session with Counsellor Abha, that specific time slot is reserved exclusively for you—preventing other clients in emotional distress from booking that hour. However, we deeply understand that unexpected emergencies, illness, and work conflicts arise. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair, humane, and transparent.

2. Free Rescheduling Window (4-Hour Advance Notice)

You can reschedule your online or in-clinic consultation at zero additional fee, provided you notify us via WhatsApp at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled appointment start time:

4. Technical Malfunction or Connectivity Disruption Policy

If an online session via WhatsApp, Zoom, or Google Meet is disrupted due to poor internet infrastructure, power failures, or video portal outages on either end:

• The practitioner will immediately attempt to reconnect via high-definition cellular audio call.
• If connectivity cannot be re-established within 10 minutes, the remaining consultation time will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient hour at no extra cost.
• If the technical disruption was due to practitioner equipment failure and cannot be rescheduled, a 100% full refund will be immediately issued.

5. Refund Processing Timelines & Mechanism

All approved refunds are credited back to the original UPI account, bank account, or digital wallet used to place the booking. In compliance with banking protocols in India:

• Initiation: Refunds are initiated by Heal with Abha within 24 hours of cancellation approval.
• Bank Processing Window: Funds typically reflect in your account within 3 to 5 business days (UPI is frequently instant or completed within 24 hours).
