1. Nature & Scope of Psychological Counselling

By scheduling, reserving, or attending any consultation (online or in-person) with Counsellor Abha at Heal with Abha, you enter into a professional therapeutic relationship governed strictly by these Terms & Conditions. You expressly acknowledge and understand that:

• Counselling is an evidence-informed therapeutic process involving psycho-education, emotional exploration, cognitive restructuring, and relational mediation.
• Psychological counselling is distinct from medical psychiatry. Counsellor Abha does not prescribe psychiatric pharmaceutical drugs or administer clinical inpatient medical treatments.
• Therapy requires active client participation, honest self-disclosure, and commitment to behavioral reflection. Progress varies between individuals, and positive therapeutic change cannot be guaranteed as a fixed commercial product.

2. Voluntary Informed Consent & Client Autonomy

Therapy is entirely voluntary. As a client, you maintain full bodily, cognitive, and personal autonomy throughout your journey. You have the unequivocal right to:

• Ask clarifying questions regarding the therapeutic approach, methodologies, and proposed coping tools at any stage.
• Decline to answer specific questions or pause discussions that feel too overwhelming.
• Discontinue or pause therapeutic sessions at any time without penalty, subject only to our 4-hour advance scheduling window for pre-booked appointments.

3. Consultation Fee Schedule & Payment Terms

All consultations are charged according to our transparent, published fee structure with zero hidden overheads:

Advance Payment Requirement: Appointment slots are confirmed upon receipt of consultation fees via UPI or verified online payment. Payment confirmations and slot allocations are coordinated directly via official WhatsApp at +91-9217715854.

4. Punctuality, Late Arrivals & Tardiness

To respect the therapeutic boundaries and scheduled commitments of all clients:

• On-Time Start: Sessions commence precisely at the reserved time slot. Clients are encouraged to connect or arrive 5 minutes early.
• Late Client Arrival: If a client joins late, the session will conclude at the pre-scheduled end time to avoid disrupting subsequent appointments. The full fee for the session remains applicable.
• Practitioner Delay (Rare): In the exceptional event that Counsellor Abha is delayed due to an unavoidable emergency, the client will receive the full dedicated session duration or the option to reschedule without fee.

5. Strict Prohibition on Audio / Video Recording

In accordance with clinical psychological ethics and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), neither the client nor the practitioner is permitted to record, screenshot, duplicate, or publicly distribute any audio, video, or chat transcripts of therapy sessions. Any violation of this clause represents a grave breach of therapeutic trust and Indian intellectual privacy laws, giving rise to immediate session termination and legal recourse.

6. Code of Conduct & Safe Environment

Heal with Abha operates a zero-tolerance policy towards verbal abuse, aggressive intimidation, harassment, hate speech, or intoxication during consultations. Counsellor Abha reserves the statutory right to immediately suspend or terminate any session where the practitioner's physical or emotional safety is compromised, without eligibility for refund.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are construed, interpreted, and governed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to clinical services provided by Heal with Abha shall be subject to the exclusive legal jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
